WHAT IS PICKYGLAM RETURN POLICY? 

7 Day Returns Warranty

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center.

 
If you are not completely satisfied with your pickyglambride.com order, we offer you a store credit or a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The following restrictions may apply. 

  • Any seasonal surcharges will be included in your order’s delivery total and are non-refundable 
  • Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable 
  • We do not offer exchanges if you need a different size or color you can place a new order immediately or wait for your return to be processed for store credit or refund.
  • All eligible items must be returned as a complete set (just as they were purchased) in the original unworn condition and original packaging. Items that are final sale and are not eligible for return, either for refund or store credit.
  • We will issue a refund/store credit for the merchandise and taxes if applied, but not your original shipping fee.  Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Please ensure your return meets the following standards: 

  • The package must be sent physically from within the United States  
  • The product is in its original state and packaging 
  • Apparel has the original tags attached 
  • Footwear is in the original shoe box 
  • Accessories have all parts of the original packaging

Policy Exclusions & Final Sale – Non-returnable – Non-resalable – Include, but is not limited to:

  • PICKYGLAMBRIDE does not accept returns of items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions.
  • Panties.
  • Bodystockings.
  • Last Chance Sale items.
  • Items with tags removed.
  • Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor, or perfume.
  • Items that have lotion or body glitter on them.
  • Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
  • Items that are soiled or stained.
  • Items that have been laundered.
  • Items not returned in original packaging.
  • Items not returned as a complete set.
  • Gift Cards.

Go to our Support Center and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

Our Solutions:


1. PICKYGLAMBRIDE Responsibility:

  • If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange. ·  Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when PICKYGLAMBRIDE is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

2. Customer’s responsibility

  • Incorrect order(size of item)
    If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product from the stock, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom made products are not refundable
  • Unwanted item
    If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 10 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.
